TCU : RE-CODE How to get Villain Arc Brown Cameraman

Villain Arc (Brown Cameraman) is a Blockade Battlefront partner you unlock in Toilet Collapsed Universe with a quest, not a shop skin. DigitizedPixels’ February 2026 walkthrough sits in the middle of this page. Bubby’s notes match it: blue portal in the TCU lobby → STBB lobby NPC on the second-floor elevator → accept the quest list. Quest list (TCU + STBB)

The NPC quest is several tasks, not one click:

1. Brown Cameraman mastery 80 in Skibidi Toilet Blockade Battlefront. That is a different Roblox experience. Mastery 80 grants the STBB badge the TCU quest reads. You cannot skip this by grinding TCU banners.
2. Defeat an STBB toilet. Only normal toilets roll the collab variant — about 1 in 200. The tell is a bald head versus the local hair/model. Partners or playables can get the kill credit. Comments argue about server-wide credit; assume you need the last hit until the quest text says otherwise.
3. Witness universe 11242 TV Woman die. Spawning TV Woman 1.0 has about a 1 in 20 chance to be the Blockade Battlefront 11242 variant. When the universe ID shows 11242, peel off and let enemies finish her. You are not trying to keep her alive. February 2026 comments reported a stretch where the death badge felt bugged — if the quest does not tick after a clean 11242 death, check Discord before another four-day farm.
4. Deal 366,000 damage in one round (“kind of pain”). The counter resets if you die or the round ends. Strong armada playables (Scientist TV, a titan) make this realistic. Do not start this task on Easy if you cannot hold a round together.
5. 25 Dark Matter after the STBB mastery piece (Bubby: mastery 80 Brown in Blockade for 12 Dark Matter, then claim at 25). Confirm the NPC numbers on your card; FStudio has tweaked collab math before.

Talk to the NPC again to claim. You should receive Villain Arc as a TCU partner.

How to run the TCU steps

• Use the blue portal in the main lobby to reach the Blockade Battlefront lobby island, then climb to the second-floor elevator NPC. Do not hunt a random Trello toilet for the quest giver.
• Farm STBB toilets on Casual Easy/Medium where normal toilets actually spawn. Denver astros are the wrong table.
• Spam-summon TV Woman until 11242 appears. Camera Woman 3.0 special is the community tip for related armada summons; the 11242 roll is still a 1/20 on TV Woman 1.0.
• For 366k, pick a durable playable from the unit tier list and do not leave the match. A rejoin resets the counter.
• Sandbox spawn lists can fail to produce collab faces even when Casual did. Do the quest in Casual unless the card names Sandbox.

After you own him

Villain Arc is a high crowd-control partner, not a Titan Protocol body. Showcase videos after the February drop noted resistance nerfs and clone/nuke tweaks — trust the live kit, not a week-one clip. Equip him in Partners before you queue Hard Mode. Recode may compensate collab partners instead of restoring 1:1; keep proof and read Recode migration.

Do not confuse this with buying Watchwoman of Doom in the Resource shop — that is a different how-to. Do not confuse STBB’s own Villain Arc shard gacha (100 shards on the Battlefront wiki) with the TCU quest. TCU wants the NPC list above.
