TCU : RE-CODE How to play Toilet Collapsed Universe

Toilet Collapsed Universe plays as a Roblox wave combat game: you choose a playable and a partner, queue a mode from the lobby Menu, survive escalating toilet waves, and cash out Resources plus Toilet Souls. Online co-op is built into the partner unit — even a solo queue still fights as a duo. TCU : RE-CODE will rebuild these systems on a new place later; until that upcoming launch, this guide describes the live legacy rules.

Lobby Menu: Event, Casual, Private

From the bottom-left Menu you pick a playlist style:

• Casual — standard learning and farming. Use this for Easy, Medium, Hard, and most Boss Rush practice.
• Private — your server. Best for Glitch Toilet wave 6 grinding, badge puzzles, or quiet Titan Protocol tests.
• Event — limited rotations when FStudio enables them. Read the updates hub before you treat Event rewards as permanent.

After the playlist, select your playable (Camera, Speaker, TV, Toilet, Survivor, or gamepass / multiverse unlocks) and your partner. Confirm the mode. Wait for the map to load before you summon anything.

Core currencies

Resources fund hourly banners at 120 Resources each, shop skins, and many upgrades. You earn them from kills, mode clears, Kleiner material sales, and codes such as TheLastAct and TCU via Menu → Config (how to redeem). RecodeIsSoon is unconfirmed.

Toilet Souls are the scarcer mode-clear currency. Easy pays 2, Medium pays 4. Save Souls for progression gates called out on Trello rather than impulse cosmetics.

Type ?end in chat to end a round when you are stuck, done farming a specific wave, or need to reset a bad titan summon. It is faster than leaving the Roblox experience entirely.

Mode roster

Easy — 10 waves

Payout: 240 Resources, 2 Toilet Souls. Finale: G-Man 1.0. Wave 6 can feature a Mafia toilet with a 1% path toward Glitch Toilet. Easy is your tutorial for partner spacing and for finding the center Titan Protocol pedestal. Do not waste titans here unless you are practicing summon timing.

Medium — 15 waves

Payout: 500 Resources, 4 Toilet Souls. Medium is the honest farm after you own a stable partner. Expect denser toilet packs and less forgiveness for standing still. Clear Medium before you judge Hard Mode difficulty.

Hard — 15 waves

Hard keeps the fifteen-wave structure but spikes boss pressure. Solo clears want a premium playable such as Astro Polycephaly or upgraded ETV, plus a premium partner such as Chief Camera or Camerawoman 3.0. Wave 12 GMAN 3.0 must die quickly or he spams summons. Wave 15 layers Gman 3.0, DJ Toilet, and infected alternate titans; if DJ dies last, Astro Entrapper can appear. Full route notes: Hard Mode.

Boss Rush — 27–28 waves

Payout: about 600 Resources. The wave list includes G-Man 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0, infected titans, DJ Mech, and G MAN V4. Boss Rush is a stamina check. Bring upgraded titans if you own them, but remember Recode will not restore upgraded titans 1:1 — see Recode migration. Use Boss Rush when you need a large Resource lump for banners tracked on the resource planner.

Infinity

Endless pressure for practice and flex clears. Resources scale with survival time more than a fixed clear table. Use Infinity to test partner AI without a finale timer.

Zombie

A special ruleset tied to the Zombie Universe fantasy. Treat reward tables as event-sensitive and confirm on Trello after patches. Recode roadmap calls out Zombie Universe Part 2 as future content, not a reason to skip legacy Zombie today.

Invasion / Denver

Denver is the brutal solo stress test. Clearing it unlocks G-Squad shop offerings. Do not make Denver your second match ever — graduate through Easy and Medium, then attempt Denver when your playable and partner already clear Hard comfortably.

Titan Protocol rules

At map center you will find the Titan Protocol interaction near a golden toilet. Protocol lets you summon titans into the active match under a hard limit: one of each titan per match. If that titan dies, you cannot resummon it until the match ends. That rule turns panic summons into permanent holes in your roster for the rest of the round.

Practical Protocol habits:

1. Locate the pedestal during Easy wave 1–2 while toilets are weak.
2. Save signature titans for boss walls (G-Man tiers, DJ Mech, G MAN V4).
3. If you already committed a weak titan early, play without it — do not idle at Protocol hoping for a second copy.
4. Upgraded titans can trivialise some Hard routes and even skip nasty wave 15 patterns; that power is legacy-meta and may not transfer cleanly into Recode.

Partner co-op basics

Your partner is selected in the lobby and stays for the match. Strong partners hold aggro, delete trash waves, and cover you during titan cast animations. Weak partners still help Easy Mode. For Hard Mode and Denver, partner quality matters as much as playable quality — unit rankings highlight Chief Camera and Camerawoman 3.0 for a reason.

You can still party with friends in shared servers, but the designed co-op loop is playable + partner. That is why badge partner quests are worth finishing before Recode’s partial wipe.

Mid-game loop

1. Redeem live codes; ignore expired strings.
2. Alternate Easy Glitch attempts with Medium Resource farms.
3. Pull beginner-safe banners (Verdict of the Void, Vigilance Ascendant, Resonance of Ascension, Doomsday Covenant).
4. Practice Protocol discipline on Medium.
5. Attempt Hard with a planned wave 12 burst.
6. Run Boss Rush when you need 600 Resource chunks.
7. Touch Denver only for G-Squad unlocks.

Optional automation exists on the scripts hub, including auto farm and executor setup, but fair play teaches Protocol timing better than a blind farm script.
